How to Lose 20 Pounds in 3 Weeks

A low carbohydrate diet will force your body to lose weight quickly, and you can lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks if you follow a strict low carb regimen. Your body goes into lipolysis and will burn fat if it is deprived of carbs. You will see results on about the third day, and should lose a pound every 1 to 2 days if you follow the diet exactly. You can 20 pounds in 3 weeks with this extreme low carb diet.

    Limit yourself to a diet of meat, eggs and one cup of lettuce per day are the diet. No fruits or other vegetables. For breakfast you have 2 to 4 eggs (any style) cooked using Pam. You can also have sausage, but make sure the carb content is less than 1gm per sausage and only have two.

    Have tuna or chicken and a half cup of salad for lunch. You can mix the meat with mayo as well, but limit the mayo and look for low carb mayonnaise.

    Eat chicken and another half cup of salad for dinner. Salads should be eaten with 2 or less tbsp. of one carb dressing (usually blue cheese). Drink diet green tea to increase metabolism and lots of water.

    Consume as much lean meat as you want throughout the day, but cook it yourself to ensure it has no carbs and use Pam instead of cooking oil or butter. You can also eat as many eggs as you want. Boiled eggs are a good snack.

    Drink coffee in the as often as you like, but drink it with creamer (not milk) and only a small amount in each cup. If you want to sweeten your coffee, only use one or two sweeteners per day. They contain one carb per packet.

    Exercise from one to two hours per day to really lose fat and burn calories as well. It is best to do cardio at your maximum heart rate.

    Indulge in no sugar jello for a sweet treat, but limit yourself to one cup per day. It has a relatively high amount of carbs so you have to be careful.
